About the Role
Property Managers operate autonomously across multiple sites, assessing customers’ storage needs, recommending packing supplies, conducting daily unit inspections, handling cash audits and bank deposits, and managing payment reminders and collections. • Assess customer storage needs and sell packing/moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and availability. • Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminder and collection calls. • Perform routine cleaning, interior sweeping/mopping, and maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal. • Lift/move items up to 35 lb; spend up to 50 % of time outdoors, climbing stairs and opening large doors.

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift up to 35 lb, spend roughly half the time outdoors navigating stairs and doors, and perform routine cleaning and grounds maintenance. Candidates should have strong customer‑service experience in retail or similar settings and possess a valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle, for which mileage reimbursement is provided. • Must have proven customer‑service sales experience (retail, restaurant, fast‑food, etc.).
