About the Role

As a Fleet Lead you will be responsible for streamlining processes and ensuring smooth delivery of services to internal customers. You will report directly to the Global Fleet Lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive operational excellence and champion innovative solutions. Your day‑to‑day work will involve developing strategies to optimize costs, renewal cycles, OEM selection and CO₂ reduction while maintaining safety and compliance across a portfolio of roughly 5,300 vehicles and an $80 million spend. You will also align best practices across North America and LATAM, partner with categories, delivery operations, HR, finance and other stakeholders, and drive change through communication and collaboration. • Optimize total cost, renewal cycles, OEM selection and CO₂ reduction while ensuring safety and compliance. • Align best practices across a $80 M spend and ~5,300 vehicles to identify savings and achieve P&L results. • Define and execute NA and LATAM fleet strategy in partnership with the Global Category Lead. • Lead tender processes with lease companies, OEMs and fleet suppliers; establish SLA and KPI. • Develop and maintain a suite of fleet analytics, reporting tools, and an accurate fleet database. • Support greenhouse‑gas emissions reporting and drive ICE‑to‑EV, fuel, energy, telematics and mileage initiatives. • Act as the primary escalation point, providing expert advice and coaching to local fleet teams. • Lead cross‑functional projects, negotiate contracts and manage change initiatives.
