Manage end-to-end customer project orders from planning through execution and closeout

About the Role
The role is accountable for managing customer project orders from initiation through closeout, confirming requirements such as drawings and bill of materials, and coordinating with field sales and project management. The incumbent validates project schedules, monitors execution through kick‑off meetings and ongoing communication, and resolves issues to ensure timelines are met. Responsibilities also include financial reconciliation, verification of equipment arrival and installation, and providing post‑shipment support and training. • Manage customer project orders from initiation to closeout. • Confirm customer requirements, drawings, specifications, and bill of materials. • Partner with field sales and project management to validate purchase orders and technical/commercial elements. • Validate project schedules and communicate expectations to customers. • Monitor execution through kick‑off meetings, track task completion, and resolve issues. • Lead financial reconciliation, equipment verification, installation, start‑up, and training support. • Propose alternate products that add customer value. • Resolve customer problems to improve relationships. • Utilize knowledge of Schneider Electric products for effective project management.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will hold a four‑year engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering or equivalent experience, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They must be able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrate effective time management, and be proficient with Windows operating systems and standard business applications such as MS Office, Excel, and Access. Industry experience, a CAPM certification, and a solid understanding of Schneider Electric products are considered assets. • 4‑year engineering degree (ME/EE/IE) or equivalent experience. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and time‑management skills. • Proficiency with Windows OS and MS Office, Excel, Access. • CAPM certification and industry experience are a plus.

Benefits
The full-time position for U.S.-based candidates offers a compensation range of $96,000 to $122,000 per year, which includes base pay and a short‑term incentive.
