Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. They assess customers' storage needs, recommend units and selling packing and moving supplies, conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory readiness, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and keep customers current on payments through reminder and collection calls. The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and to spend up to 50 % of the shift walking around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Responsibilities also include cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal free of debris. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend units and moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to verify inventory and availability. • Audit cash drawers, prepare bank deposits, and manage payment reminders. • Perform indoor and outdoor cleaning, maintenance, and curb‑appeal tasks. • Lift and move items up to 35 lb and navigate facility stairs and doors.

What You Bring
