About the Role
Due to continued growth in our Dublin office, our Infrastructure Project Management team in Dublin are looking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager to work with our client on the delivery of exciting infrastructure projects. We are also responsible for all of the capital investment decisions and implementation of the capital programme delivery across the country. • Assist Senior Project Manager delivering capital projects, focusing on budget, schedule, and quality. • Aid delivery of ECI contracts: administration, design review governance, technical assurance, specialist studies, estimation, and construction supervision. • Prepare and submit regular project and programme reports, risk registers, and ad‑hoc reports in coordination with the Programme Manager. • Contribute to developing new templates, documents, systems, and processes for project/programme management. • Conduct regular reviews of programme/project progress, budgets, changes, risks, and issues; produce timely reports and scorecards. • Support production and approval of project delivery plans and cash flow.

What You Bring
• Hold a relevant third‑level qualification, preferably in Engineering or project management. • Knowledge of project management methodologies and construction delivery best practices. • Understanding of contract management, including major forms such as NEC3 or FIDIC. • Proven ability to implement and execute project management processes to improve performance. • Experience on large or multiple infrastructure/capital projects and teams. • Experience operating in a complex stakeholder environment. • Eligible to work in Ireland.
