About the Role

The Project Executive will oversee civil construction projects from initiation through completion, providing proactive project management and technical civil‑engineering expertise. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role also manages procurement, site compliance, documentation, risk, and cost control. • Plan, schedule, and execute civil construction projects. • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients. • Monitor project progress to meet deadlines, quality, and safety standards. • Manage procurement of materials and services for timely and cost‑effective delivery. • Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental requirements. • Prepare and maintain contracts, reports, progress updates, and budgets. • Support cost control, risk management, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle. • Resolve on‑site issues and communicate updates to stakeholders. • Conduct post‑project evaluations to capture lessons learned.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field and have at least 20 years of senior‑level experience in civil construction coordination or management. A professional engineer (PE) license is preferred, and proficiency with project‑management software and the MS Office suite is required. Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills, along with knowledge of safety, regulatory, and budgeting practices, are essential. • Possess 20+ years of senior civil construction experience; PE license preferred.

Benefits

The position offers a salary range of $300,000 to $350,000, dependent on experience.
