About the Role
The District Sales Manager role is remote within an assigned sales territory and focuses on growing and maintaining business through outside sales. Leveraging pre‑engineered metal building expertise, professional communication, and selling skills, the DSM meets annual sales growth targets, develops strategic relationships, and acts as a trusted advisor through consultative and collaborative engagement. • Meet and exceed sales and growth goals for the assigned territory. • Identify, prospect, and develop new customers to expand territory growth. • Manage a robust pipeline of prospects and advance them through the sales cycle. • Maintain accurate CRM records in line with company guidelines. • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty.

What You Bring
