The specialist will serve as the primary liaison between KBR and community partners such as medical examiners, coroners, and funeral homes. By leading outreach, hosting educational events, and maintaining strong relationships, the specialist will help raise awareness and support for KBR’s life‑changing initiatives. • Build and manage relationships with community stakeholders • Represent KBR at events, conferences, and everyday community conversations • Lead educational initiatives and professional development sessions • Track impact through reporting and CRM tools

What You Bring
KBR is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist for Fort Bend County, TX. The role is part of KBR’s mission‑driven culture that values belonging, connection, and growth. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience (1:1 substitution) • 2–4 years of post‑bachelor experience in field outreach, sales, or relationship management • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and willingness to work in the field • Preferred experience in organ/tissue donation, end‑of‑life services, or criminal justice
