About the Role

The Leasing Consultant role focuses on leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations, including showing units, processing applications, handling resident concerns and supporting retention initiatives. • Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease • Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and follow‑up • Complete all leasing paperwork needed before move‑in • Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turn process • Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to leads within 24 hours • Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, maintain closing ratios, and exceed leasing goals • Perform various administrative tasks as needed • Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction • Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs such as functions, promotions, and newsletters • Contribute to upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model unit • Assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach • Review and assist in completing market surveys/analysis continuously to generate ideas and plans • Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; complete weekly market survey report • Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness • Ensure consistency in dealing with residents on all matters • Enforce community policies as delegated by supervisor

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least a high‑school diploma or equivalent, basic computer proficiency, and an understanding of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations; physical duties include climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 lb, and working varied environments and hours. • Regular/daily onsite attendance is required • High school diploma or equivalent required • Basic computer skills and ability to use on‑site software functions • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
