About the Role

The coordinator assists in planning and delivering activities, creates resident histories and profiles with family input, sets up and cleans up daily events, and helps produce a monthly social‑program calendar for staff and residents. They also work to keep residents engaged between scheduled activities. • Assist with planning and implementing resident‑centered activities. • Create resident histories and profiles in collaboration with families. • Set up and clean up daily activities and events. • Develop and distribute a monthly social‑program calendar. • Engage residents between scheduled social activities. • Provide FSA (commuter/parking) and employee assistance program. • Provide employee and resident referral bonuses.

Monarch Communities is seeking a full‑time Reflections Coordinator (Memory Care) to implement activities and programs that meet the needs, interests, and capabilities of memory‑care residents. The role reports to the Director of Programming and focuses on engaging residents in planned activities. Transferable senior experience is welcome, and training will be provided. The position is full time with an hourly salary of $22‑$24.
