About the Role
In this role you will support assigned customer accounts through the Order‑to‑Cash cycle, providing responsive assistance for creating, modifying, or canceling spare‑parts orders. You will address customer inquiries and complaints, monitor open orders, and collaborate with Order Management Coordinators and other departments to resolve issues and continuously improve processes. • Provide responsive spare parts order assistance via phone, email, or in person, handling creation, changes, and cancellations. • Respond promptly to customer inquiries or complaints, offering status updates until resolution. • Review open order reports, monitor past‑due and escalated items, and collaborate with Order Management Coordinators to learn processes. • Request resolutions from other departments (availability, credit, pricing, quality, etc.) and escalate when needed. • Track complaints and process issues, documenting actions taken and pending items. • Share weekly team reviews to brainstorm short‑ and long‑term solutions and give management feedback on account status. • Occasionally support urgent customer calls on weekends/holidays and perform on‑call duties. • Maintain clean, organized work area, control expenditures, and promote safety and compliance per Rolls‑Royce Code of Conduct.

What You Bring
Rolls‑Royce is seeking an Associate Order Management Coordinator for Spare Parts, a role that contributes to the next generation of innovation in an international environment. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, hold a bachelor’s degree in Business or possess four years of relevant customer support or supply‑chain experience, and be willing to travel occasionally (under 10%). Preferred qualifications include strong communication, organizational and analytical skills, proficiency with PC, MS Office, SAP ERP, knowledge of Rolls‑Royce’s mtu products and logistics, and fluency in Spanish or Portuguese. • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. • Bachelor’s degree in Business or 4 years of customer support/supply chain experience. • Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%). • Strong oral and written communication, organizational, and planning skills. • Ability to assess customer needs, meet quality standards, and evaluate satisfaction. • Interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and independent work with a “can‑do” attitude. • Analytical and problem‑solving abilities for complex decisions. • Proficiency with PC, MS Office, SAP ERP; knowledge of RRSA/mtu products, logistics, order management, and SAP OS. • Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
