About the Role

The Mechanic role focuses on preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of a diverse fleet that primarily includes aerial work platforms, construction tools, and specialty equipment such as large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas gear. Technicians are expected to execute work safely and efficiently to minimize equipment downtime and support operational reliability. • Build skills working on a variety of makes, models, and equipment. • Develop new skills for a career track in service or operations management. • Provide your own mechanic tools as needed.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with trade‑school training preferred, and possess 3 to 5 years of experience servicing diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment. Desired skills include advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, flexibility in fast‑paced environments, and the potential requirement to be bilingual based on location needs. The position demands physical activity such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, with work performed both indoors and outdoors as required.
