About the Role

As an Assistant Project Manager in Project and Development Services, you will work closely with the project manager or senior project manager, taking ownership of small projects while supporting larger ones. You will lead the organizational structure for each project, ensuring streamlined reporting, communication, and clear objectives. You will maintain strong, positive client relationships by identifying their needs and balancing those with JLL’s business goals. This includes spotting cross‑selling opportunities, managing project revenue and payment cycles, and preventing bad debt. In delivering projects, you will manage professional consultants for design and documentation, administer vendor contracts in line with legal requirements, and identify and mitigate project risks. Health, safety, and sustainability will remain top priorities, and you will act with urgency to solve problems and implement new strategies. • Support the project manager/senior project manager and lead small projects. • Streamline reporting, communication, and procedures; set clear project objectives. • Prepare project reports, analyses, and reviews; forecast expenditures and manage budgets. • Build and maintain strong client relationships; balance client needs with JLL business goals. • Identify cross‑selling opportunities and manage revenue and payment cycles. • Manage consultants for design and documentation; administer vendor contracts per legal standards. • Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures. • Uphold health, safety, and sustainability standards throughout projects. • Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their perspectives. • Leverage JLL technology platforms to deliver digitally enabled projects. • Promote collaborative relationships with superiors, peers, subordinates, and clients.
