About the Role
The L&D Consultant II will design, deliver, and optimize learning programs that support employee development and organizational performance. The role spans the full learning lifecycle—from needs analysis and design through implementation, facilitation, and evaluation—ensuring alignment with business goals and learner needs. Candidates should have a solid foundation in instructional design, learning technologies, and strategic consulting. • Design and develop e‑learning modules, presentations, blended programs, and performance support tools using ADDIE or SAM. • Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to translate complex content into learner‑centered materials. • Leverage LMS, LXP, authoring tools, and AI platforms to deliver scalable, personalized learning experiences. • Conduct needs assessments and diagnostics to identify performance gaps and recommend targeted solutions. • Serve as a learning consultant, guiding business units on strategy, program design, and implementation. • Manage end‑to‑end learning program lifecycles, including stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement. • Define success metrics, evaluate effectiveness with data and feedback, and iterate programs accordingly.

What You Bring
