About the Role
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will prepare, maintain and summarise project activity schedules, accounting for dependencies and financial milestones. You will ensure compliance with the planning cycle to produce credible plans that meet customer demand, covering inventory, logistics and storage. You will oversee pre‑production activities to maintain robust data, create accurate supply plans and rectify any inaccuracies. You will collaborate with the supply chain to manage order books, make balanced decisions and support business priorities. You will contribute to business and operational reviews, identify capability gaps, define actions to mitigate risks and resolve documentation issues while ensuring regulatory and export compliance. • Prepare and maintain project schedules with dependencies and financial milestones. • Produce supply plans for inventory, logistics and storage to meet demand. • Ensure pre‑production data accuracy and rectify supply plan errors. • Manage order books and make balanced decisions supporting business priorities. • Conduct operational reviews, identify gaps and implement risk‑mitigation actions. • Ensure compliance with regulatory, export and documentation requirements. • Influence stakeholders and commit to continuous personal development.

What You Bring
Rolls‑Royce is offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Professional to work within the UK Civil Nuclear Programme. The company has secured contracts to support the development and supply of UDG installations as part of the Hinckley Point C Reactor programme, working with EDF and partners including NNB. The position is based at the Derby site but will require some planned travel to support Civil Nuclear Teams and Supply Chain. A degree or relevant professional qualification (e.g., APICS) is required. Essential experience includes supply chain planning and control, load/capacity management and the ability to make balanced decisions under pressure. Proficiency with MRP or ERP systems, the ability to influence others and a commitment to personal development are also needed. Candidates must hold a Security Check clearance; Rolls‑Royce will support the application if needed. Only UK nationals or MoD‑approved dual nationals can be considered due to the nature of the work. • Hold a degree or professional qualification (e.g., APICS) in supply chain. • Demonstrate experience in supply chain planning, load/capacity management and MRP/ERP usage. • Obtain Security Check clearance; company will support the application. • Based in Derby with occasional travel to civil nuclear sites.
