About the Role

Following significant growth, the firm is seeking Senior Project Managers to support high‑profile infrastructure projects for clients in the South‑East region, based in London. The role involves mentoring junior managers and contributing to the delivery of complex programmes. Key capabilities include applying project‑management principles, contract management, financial controls and health‑safety, quality and environmental standards; providing strong leadership and team development; building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders; and solving complex problems under pressure while managing multiple work streams. • Lead and deliver complex infrastructure projects across sectors such as aviation, roads, rail, telecoms and utilities. • Apply project management, contract, financial and health‑safety controls throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide strong leadership, develop and mentor project teams, and manage multiple work streams simultaneously. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners and diverse stakeholders. • Analyse complex problems quickly and deliver workable solutions under pressure.

What You Bring

Senior Project Managers will work on a wide range of projects and programmes in sectors such as aviation, roads, rail, telecommunications and utilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in infrastructure project or programme management across the full lifecycle. Beneficial experience covers aviation infrastructure, NEC contract procurement, and managing contractors, consultants and public‑sector bodies. Preferred qualifications are a degree or HND in a relevant discipline, professional affiliation with bodies such as APM or ICE, and certifications like PRINCE2, MSP, or NEC PM. • Hold a degree or HND in a relevant field and professional certifications (APM/PRINCE2/MSP, NEC, etc.). • Prefer experience in aviation infrastructure, NEC contracts, procurement and public‑sector projects. • Demonstrate excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
