The director acts as a trusted advisor to top producers, market leaders, and represents the firm externally. Key responsibilities include owning overall business performance—revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion—translating firmwide strategy into regional priorities, and partnering with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities. The director drives top‑line performance through broker productivity, client expansion, major pursuits, and monitors pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics. Talent leadership involves recruiting, developing, and retaining senior brokers, overseeing performance management and succession planning. The role also maintains executive‑level client relationships, represents the firm at industry events, and ensures operational and financial oversight, including budgeting, expense management, risk controls, and regulatory compliance.
