About the Role

Designs and executes control plans, audits to ensure compliance, and ensures containment and corrective action for non‑conformance. The position collaborates with cross‑functional teams to maintain and improve quality processes. • Design and execute control plans; conduct audits to verify compliance and drive corrective actions. • Lead FAI/PPAP processes and coordinate multi‑functional teams to enhance the quality system. • Implement gage and inspection improvements; program and maintain measurement equipment. • Conduct MSA studies (GR&R, machine capability) and oversee quality audits. • Drive quality improvement initiatives and corrective action programs with suppliers and customers. • Train quality personnel and machinists on gage usage and inspection methods.

What You Bring

Due to federal export control regulations, candidates must qualify as a U.S. Person. Travel is required as needed for customer issues, and fluency in English is essential. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, aerospace, industrial, or materials). • Possess 0–2 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work in fast‑paced settings, adapt to changing priorities, and influence without authority. • Achieve Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma within three years.
