Managing Consultant - Liability Portfolio Management and Remediation Services

About the Role

In the role, you will manage and coordinate planning, execution and reporting of decontamination projects, and develop and maintain proactive health, safety, environmental and quality management programs at all sites. You will build effective relationships with clients, ERM project teams and subcontractors while meeting financial targets, budgets, schedules and client expectations. You will lead or support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals and contribute to business development efforts. Additionally, you will proactively support the continuous development of sustainable asset retirement and DDD services and demonstrate ambition to learn across diverse service areas and regions. • Manage and coordinate planning, execution, and reporting of decontamination projects. • Develop and maintain health, safety, environment, and quality management programs on site. • Build strong relationships with clients, project teams, and subcontractors. • Achieve financial targets, budgets, schedules, and client satisfaction goals. • Lead or support preparation of technical and commercial proposals and business development. • Support continuous development of sustainable asset retirement and DDD services. • Plan and supervise decontamination activities, validate cleaning procedures, and maintain documentation. • Manage field contractors with knowledge of workplace health and safety and hazardous waste.

What You Bring

We are currently recruiting a Managing Consultant with industrial hygiene and decontamination background to join our Liability Portfolio Management and Remediation (LPMR) team in Singapore. The selected candidate will primarily support project delivery and opportunity pursuit for decontamination services within our sustainable asset retirement, decommissioning, decontamination and demolition (DDD) offerings. The role may also involve supporting broader services such as safety and sustainability operations, mergers and acquisitions across Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. Candidates should have 5‑10 years of experience managing industrial hygiene assessments or decontamination, especially in chemical or pharmaceutical settings. Experience includes planning and supervising decontamination activities, validating cleaning procedures, maintaining documentation, and managing field contractors with knowledge of workplace health and safety and hazardous waste management. Preferred credentials are Certified or Registered Industrial Hygienist and training in contamination control or GMP cleaning for pharmaceutical cleanrooms.
