About the Role
In this role you will apply domain knowledge to assess and document the performance of modern air defense systems, including threat characteristics, engagement sequences, and sensor coverage. You will perform system engineering, modernization, integration, analysis, and verification & validation, maintain information system compliance for integrated communication networks, and generate briefings for military and partner leadership while supporting field service representatives throughout Europe. • Lead operational sustainment of large‑scale air surveillance systems in Europe • Assess and document performance of modern air defense systems, including threat characteristics and sensor coverage • Conduct system engineering, modernization, integration, analysis, and verification & validation for air defense and communications networks • Prepare and deliver briefings for military and partner leadership; support field service representatives across Europe • Maintain information system compliance for integrated communication networks

What You Bring
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field and at least ten years of relevant experience, including technical baseline development, data and network infrastructure support for theater‑wide air domain control, and proficiency with scripting tools such as Python or MATLAB and languages like Java or C. Strong interpersonal, customer‑oriented, and independent working abilities, excellent writing and briefing skills, and an active Top Secret clearance are essential. Desired qualifications include familiarity with type II hypervisors, Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) methods, US and NATO military air operations, cross‑domain solutions, secure cloud computing, and failover server architecture. The role is part of Parsons’ Federal Solutions team, offers a salary range of $120,800 to $217,400, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, ESOP, 401(k), life insurance, and flexible work schedules.
