About the Role

As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody the essence of our brand within designated partner retail stores, influencing potential customers. Your impact will be measured by your ability to foster relationships, generate enthusiasm for our products, and educate prospects on renewable energy and storage solutions while proactively scheduling appointments to expand the Sunrun customer base. • Represent Sunrun’s brand in partner retail stores and engage potential customers. • Educate shoppers on renewable energy and battery storage solutions. • Proactively schedule appointments and generate new solar leads. • Build and maintain relationships to drive product enthusiasm. • Meet or exceed sales targets to earn uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. • Work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays. • Maintain reliable transportation within a 15‑30‑mile radius for a multi‑store territory. • Stand, stay mobile for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lb as required.
