About the Role
LoopNet is hiring a User Researcher to uncover insights about its core audiences—brokers/owners and tenants/buyers. The role will conduct qualitative research, competitive analysis, and translate findings into product and design decisions, reporting to the Director of Design and collaborating across product teams. • Plan and execute user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. • Analyze competitive platforms and market trends. • Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for product and design teams. • Collaborate with designers and product managers to inform strategy and prioritization. • Maintain research documentation and share insights across the organization.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person university or college. • Minimum 3 years of experience in user research or UX research roles. • Strong qualitative and competitive analysis skills. • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities. • Experience in real estate or marketplace platforms preferred.
