• Manage an Estate Upkeep team to conduct trades work delivering estate maintenance within Defence sites • Capture KPIs and estate upkeep work performance metrics • Provide asset condition data • Ensure all work aligns with required standards and requirements • Identify and manage risks associated with works delivery • Take advantage of flexible work arrangements as a WORK180 Endorsed Employer

What You Bring
• Hold a Trade Certificate (Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical) • Possess a general trade background with leadership and maintenance supervision experience • Have working knowledge of asset compliance/management techniques • Desirable: Building Maintenance Leadership Certification • Hold a QLD/NSW trade licence for the discipline • Maintain a current open driver’s licence • Be able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship mandatory)
