About the Role

• Perform repairs and replacements of ADA operators, swing doors, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, hollow metal, storefront, and automatic folding, swing, and sliding doors. • Service a wide range of doors, equipment, and control devices in commercial environments. • Conduct preventative maintenance on commercial and automatic doors, hardware, and emergency exit devices. • Manage multiple projects while meeting time constraints and maintaining meticulous attention to detail. • Deliver strong customer service in a fast‑paced work environment.

What You Bring

We are hiring an Automatic Door Service Technician to service a variety of automatic doors across commercial sites. The role involves performing repairs and replacements on ADA operators, swing doors, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, and other door systems. AAADM certification is preferred. Ideal candidates have at least two years of experience as an automatic‑door installer or service technician, strong mechanical aptitude, carpentry skills for partition framing and door/window installation, and a clean driving record. Familiarity with commercial door hardware, preventative maintenance, and manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy is advantageous. • Utilize carpentry skills for partition framing with metal/wood studs and install doors and windows. • Maintain a positive, professional attitude while working independently or within a team. • Possess AAADM certification (preferred), at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a clean driving record. • Experience with door manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy is a plus.
