About the Role
The Production Member (Custom Coating) works the first shift at a pay range of $20.65 to $22.15, dependent on hire date. This role supports a Lean manufacturing environment and a team‑based production facility by applying Lean tools, Shop Floor Management, the Masco Operating System, and company core values such as People, Credibility, High Performance Teams, Customer Service, and Continuous Improvement. • Follow standardized work and meet/exceed production standards. • Load, unload, clean, inspect, and pack/unpack parts. • Make quality decisions, place questionable parts on hold, and notify leadership. • Record production data using scan guns or manual entry and deliver parts to the next process. • Operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, drills, sanders, and polishers. • Perform ERGO stretches, safety observations, and report hazards per Delta procedures. • Maintain 5S housekeeping and visual workplace standards. • Accept or reject parts according to DS‑500 specifications. • Contribute to safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvement initiatives. • Participate actively in a team‑based environment. • Read and interpret safety rules, specifications, work instructions, and MOS/SFM/QMS/ERP documents.
