About the Role

You will design, develop, and customize CPQ solutions to support complex product configurations, implementing pricing rules, workflows and approval processes. You will integrate 3‑D and 2‑D models with CPQ applications, automate CAD drawings (AutoCAD, CREO) based on configuration logic, and optimize CPQ performance for scalability and efficiency. You will build integrations between CPQ platforms, Salesforce CRM and CAD tools using middleware such as MuleSoft, manage source code with Git, and collaborate on pull requests and code reviews. You will participate in Azure DevOps Scrum processes, track work items in Azure Boards, and deliver incremental releases aligned with sprint goals. You will conduct rigorous testing, deploy updates to UAT/production, create and maintain detailed technical documentation, and provide post‑deployment support while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and upholding Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity. • Design and customize CPQ solutions for complex product configurations. • Implement pricing rules, approval workflows, and configuration logic in CPQ platforms. • Integrate 3‑D/2‑D models and automate CAD drawings (AutoCAD, CREO) via CPQ. • Build middleware integrations (e.g., MuleSoft) between CPQ, Salesforce CRM, and ERP systems. • Manage source code with Git, handling merges and version history. • Participate in Azure DevOps Scrum: sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives. • Conduct testing, deploy updates to UAT/production, and maintain technical documentation. • Provide post‑deployment support and ensure regulatory compliance.

What You Bring

A bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science or a related field is required, with certifications in CPQ platforms or CAD tools considered an advantage. Candidates should have hands‑on experience with CPQ platforms (e.g., Configit, Tacton, Camos), strong knowledge of pricing rules and configuration logic, and proficiency in 3‑D modeling software such as CREO or AutoCAD. Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (C#, Java, React.js, JavaScript), knowledge of APIs, XML, JSON, and experience developing web applications are desirable. Experience with middleware tools like MuleSoft and integration with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP), strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are also required. • Apply programming skills (C#, Java, React.js, JavaScript) and API knowledge (XML/JSON) in development. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively.
