About the Role

Key responsibilities include providing resident care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding; maintaining safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality; escorting residents to meals and activities; ensuring residents are clean, neatly dressed, groomed, safe, and fed during shifts; documenting services provided; and reporting any change in condition immediately to a supervisor. • Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding) per resident care plan. • Maintain residents' safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality. • Escort residents to meals and activities. • Ensure residents are clean, neatly dressed, groomed, safe, and fed during shifts. • Document services provided to assigned residents each shift. • Report any change in resident condition immediately to supervisor.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid credential, have experience working with the elderly (dementia experience preferred), and be able to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb, and using proper body mechanics. • Hold CNA or Certified Home Health Aide certification; experience with elderly, preferably dementia. • Meet physical requirements: stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, use proper body mechanics.

Benefits

The Caregiver reports to the Health & Wellness Director and is a part‑time, non‑exempt hourly role with a salary range of $20.00‑$22.00 per hour. The position assists residents in all aspects of daily life as outlined in their care plans, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities.
