About the Role
The Porter/Yard Worker is responsible for stationing and retrieving equipment on the location's property, maintaining a written maintenance schedule, and servicing equipment as needed to meet specifications. The role also inspects equipment before and after rental to document any loss or damage. What You Bring
Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, experience with common construction and industrial tools, and some training in mechanical equipment repair. Candidates should demonstrate effective written and oral communication, basic math skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, general mechanical aptitude, and a strong safety focus. Bilingual ability (Spanish or other) may be required depending on location needs. The physical demands of the role involve bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, as well as working both indoors and outdoors as required.
