About the Role

The position involves managing equipment, storage, tooling, inventory, financial forecasting, rental contracts, logistics, vendor relations, and implementing process improvements using 5S strategies. The manager will lead department initiatives, develop and train a team of craft and non‑craft members, support innovation, and handle interior and exterior responsibilities while traveling up to 50% of the time. • Manage and organize owned equipment, storage, and tooling for structured cabling and DAS. • Plan and schedule equipment with internal teams, equipment solutions teams, and third‑party vendors. • Oversee large inventory management and financial forecasting/budgeting. • Manage rental software contracts and equipment logistics planning. • Maintain vendor relations and understand construction equipment maintenance requirements. • Implement 5S strategies to improve warehouse and equipment yard efficiency. • Lead department initiatives, including development, training, and support. • Manage a team of craft and non‑craft members and encourage process innovation. • Perform interior and exterior responsibilities; travel up to 50%.

What You Bring

Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of experience in construction, equipment rental, or project management (or equivalent trade experience), plus structured cabling or electrical technology background, knowledge of construction equipment, and strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. A valid US driver’s license, ability to travel, and preferably one year of team leadership and budget planning experience are required.
