What You Bring
Mortenson is seeking an experienced Scheduler II to interact with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment, maintaining flexibility, resourcefulness, and professionalism while handling confidential information. The Senior Scheduling Engineer will oversee all planning and scheduling activities for construction projects. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field and have at least two years of construction experience or equivalent training. Essential skills include basic knowledge of scheduling concepts, construction practices, plan reading, strong analytical problem‑solving, and effective communication in a collaborative setting. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. • Possess at least two years of construction experience or equivalent training. • Demonstrate basic knowledge of scheduling concepts, construction practices, project sequencing, contracts, and buyout. • Read and interpret plans and specifications and communicate effectively in a collaborative environment.

Benefits
The position offers a base salary ranging from $89,500 to $120,800, with higher ranges for select locations, and eligibility for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
