About the Role
The Sales Manager for the US market will develop and execute sales activities, work closely with the Business Line Manager and Sales Segment Manager to exceed customer expectations, and grow the customer base. Responsibilities include creating business plans, penetrating new markets, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce CRM, and presenting new product developments to clients. The role also involves attending trade shows, delivering competitive pricing and proposals, controlling expenses, and fostering a high‑performance sales team. • Drive year‑on‑year bookings growth for prime equipment in the US market. • Collaborate with Business Line and Sales Segment Managers to exceed customer expectations and expand the client base. • Develop and execute action plans and marketing strategies to penetrate new markets and key accounts. • Maintain accurate sales activity records in Salesforce CRM and provide regular performance forecasts to senior management. • Deliver competitive pricing, proposal presentations, and RFP responses while protecting profit margins. • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote Nikkiso CEIG and generate new leads. • Manage expenses within budget and uphold company policies, ethics, and compliance. • Lead and mentor the sales team, delegating authority with accountability and fostering high client satisfaction.

What You Bring
Candidates must have 5–7 years of sales management experience, preferably with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations. Experience in supplier relationship management, strong market and customer insight, and the ability to travel and collaborate with a global team are required. Benefits
