About the Role
• Clean and organize the job site, including loading/unloading materials over 50 lb and installing property protection. • Assist with site work such as trench digging. • Prioritize tasks proactively and work in an organized, accountable manner. • Follow safety protocols to protect yourself and teammates. • Help maintain site security for people, tools, and materials. • Occasionally operate a company vehicle, pending a clean motor vehicle report.

What You Bring
• Communicate ideas clearly, ask questions, and be resourceful. • Ability to work in all weather conditions, lift at least 50 lb, and navigate dusty, uneven, tight or high places. • Willingness to follow directions and perform required tasks. • Possess basic carpentry tools (hammer holster, utility knife, 30 ft tape, cordless drill, gloves, hammer). • Basic understanding of job‑site organization and construction practices. • Positive attitude, self‑awareness, and care for others. • Basic safety and health knowledge (training provided). • Reliable transportation and U.S. work authorization.
