About the Role

• Lead and inspire the Queensland consulting team to deliver high‑profile infrastructure projects. • Ensure safety, quality, cost, schedule, sustainability and compliance standards are met on all programmes. • Own and nurture senior client relationships, generating new business opportunities and managing governance. • Provide full budgetary oversight, including external programme and internal fee budgets. • Mentor, coach and develop staff; drive recruitment, retention and talent mobility. • Direct major state‑significant projects and guide compliance with legislative and Mace policies. • Apply advanced programme management, risk and opportunity management, and financial controls. • Promote a diverse, inclusive work environment and champion wellbeing of the team.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will bring extensive experience in major programme delivery, senior leadership of large, diverse teams, full P&L accountability, and advanced technical knowledge of health‑and‑safety regulations, alongside professional qualifications such as a degree in engineering or the built environment and memberships with bodies like RICS, CIOB, APM or ICE. • Maintain professional memberships (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, etc.) and hold a CSCS or equivalent card. • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and experience in delivering major infrastructure programmes.
