About the Role
The CAM acts as the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners, travels to client associations for board meetings, inspections, walk‑throughs, and community events, and prepares annual disclosure packages, meeting notifications, and financial statement packages for bulk mailing. They review monthly financial reports, submit management summaries to the board, and provide recommendations on major capital expenditures to maintain community appearance and operation. • Serve as primary liaison between the Association Board of Directors and homeowners. • Attend board meetings, conduct inspections, walk‑throughs, and community events at client associations. • Prepare and distribute annual disclosure packages, meeting notifications, and financial statements. • Review monthly financial reports and submit management summaries to the board. • Recommend and oversee major capital expenditures to maintain community appearance and operation. • Prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
