What You Bring
Rogers Group is seeking an experienced Asphalt Paver Operator to join road construction and highway paving crews in Greer, SC. The successful candidate will have proven paver operation experience and an uncompromising focus on safety excellence. The position is full‑time, located in Greer, SC, with compensation starting at $21 per hour based on experience. Candidates must possess at least two years of asphalt paving experience, a dedication to safe work practices, the ability to work outdoors in any weather, a clean motor vehicle record, and a valid driver’s license, and be willing to work overtime when needed. • Communicate effectively in accordance with position requirements. • Minimum 2 years of experience in asphalt paving operations. • Prior road construction experience in high‑traffic areas preferred. • Commitment to safe work practices and willingness to work overtime. • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and tolerate loud noise. • Team‑oriented mindset, assisting coworkers and supervisors as needed. • Pass pre‑employment drug screen and provide I‑9 documentation. • Clean motor vehicle record and valid driver’s license required.
