About the Role
Key responsibilities include researching the supply base to consolidate suppliers and improve service levels, and developing bid packages such as statements of work, service level agreements, KPIs, and pricing matrices. The specialist manages the RFP process using e‑sourcing tools, coordinates site tours, and answers supplier inquiries while conducting supplier audits to ensure use of approved vendors and templates. They evaluate proposals, lead quarterly business reviews, and prepare stakeholder presentations, as well as draft and negotiate contracts with accurate scope, pricing, and equipment details. Ongoing duties involve maintaining the contract repository, tracking multiple sourcing events, and serving as a subject‑matter expert during client presentations. • Research and analyze supply base to consolidate vendors and enhance service levels. • Develop bid packages including statements of work, service level agreements, KPIs, and pricing matrices. • Manage RFP process using e‑sourcing tools, coordinate site tours, and address supplier inquiries. • Conduct supplier audits to ensure use of approved vendors and contract templates. • Evaluate supplier proposals, lead quarterly business reviews, and prepare evaluation presentations. • Draft and negotiate contracts, ensuring accurate scope of work, pricing, and equipment lists. • Liaise with C&W/client to monitor contract compliance and coordinate with Legal and Risk departments. • Maintain contract repository and track multiple concurrent sourcing events. • Serve as subject‑matter expert in client presentations, delivering persuasive communication. • Perform miscellaneous procurement duties as assigned. • Provide excellent customer service and effective stakeholder communication.

What You Bring
The Senior Procurement Specialist reports to the Sr. Procurement Manager and supports vendor and contract management for assigned client accounts. The role requires expertise in procurement, sourcing, contracting, and analytics, including vendor administration, opportunity analysis, and contract facilitation. Experience in commercial real estate or facility management and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders are strongly desired. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) and have at least four years of facilities management or indirect procurement experience. Familiarity with legal aspects of contracting, including interpretation, amendment preparation, and stakeholder communication, is required. Desired competencies include self‑motivation, detail‑oriented analytical and presentation skills (Excel and PowerPoint), excellent customer service, strong organizational and project‑management abilities, and proficiency with e‑sourcing and contract management systems. Experience in commercial real estate or facility management is a plus. • Hold a bachelor's degree (advanced degree a plus) with 4+ years of facilities management or indirect procurement experience. • Demonstrate knowledge of legal contracting, including interpretation, amendment preparation, and stakeholder communication. • Exhibit strong analytical, presentation, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. • Showcase strong organizational, project‑management, and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency with strategic sourcing, e‑sourcing, and contract management systems. • Experience in commercial real estate or facility management is desired.

Compensation ranges from $65,325.05 to $76,853.00, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, flexible spending, health savings, retirement, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
