Cross‑functional collaboration is essential; the role partners with Brand Social, PR, Campaign Marketing, Legal, and Procurement teams, supports agency partners in sourcing and contracting, and coordinates efficiently across time zones and global stakeholders. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience), 3–5 years of experience in social media, influencer or digital marketing, hands‑on management of influencer relationships, and a strong understanding of major social platforms and influencer ecosystems. The ideal candidate owns the execution of defined influencer programs, contributes to global Brand Social initiatives with regional adaptation, and influences brand perception, reach, and engagement through trusted third‑party voices while operating within established strategy, budgets, and governance models. • Demonstrate solid judgment, independent delivery, clear communication, and appropriate risk escalation within defined guidelines. • Possess 3–5 years of experience in social media, influencer or digital marketing and hands‑on influencer relationship management. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience. • Own execution of influencer programs, adapt global initiatives regionally, and influence brand perception through third‑party voices while operating within established strategy, budgets, and governance models.
