About the Role
The incumbent will define and execute a multi‑year, customer‑centric sales strategy, embed a high‑performance culture, and ensure disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy and quota compliance. They will champion customer‑first initiatives, drive world‑class Net Promoter Scores, and own net recovery and portfolio health across regions. Collaboration with OA sales managers, field operations and sales operations is required to align incentives, product development and service offerings. • Define and execute a multi‑year, customer‑centric sales strategy for service growth. • Build and sustain a high‑performance culture focused on accountability and talent development. • Drive disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and quota compliance. • Monitor sales activities, conduct regular business reviews, and ensure adherence to service sales processes. • Lead customer retention programs and improve Net Promoter Scores. • Own net recovery strategy, analyze portfolio health, and optimize contract renewals and pricing. • Partner with OA Sales Managers, Vice Presidents, field operations, and sales operations to align incentives and product offerings.

What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Candidates need at least ten years of elevator industry experience, proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams, and strong financial, pricing and portfolio analysis skills.
