About the Role
Property Managers operate independently across multiple locations, both inside facilities and outdoors. They assess customers' storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include unit inspections, cash‑drawer audits, bank deposits, and making payment reminder or collection calls. • Independently manage multiple storage locations. • Assess customer storage needs and sell packing/moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory availability. • Audit cash drawers, perform bank deposits, and handle payment reminders/collections. • Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of interior and exterior areas.

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walk around facilities for up to half the shift, climb stairs, and open large doors. Cleaning and basic maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining curb appeal are also expected. Candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast‑food operations. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required, with mileage reimbursement available.
