About the Role

The Foreman is responsible for the efficient and effective operation within an assigned organization, ensuring safe, continuous and economical processes across operations, maintenance, fuels or I&C, while adhering to business ethics and regulatory compliance. • Assist in developing and executing work schedules, ensuring timely task completion. • Coach new and existing employees on processes, procedures, and best practices. • Communicate effectively with team members, other foremen, and management to relay information and support decision‑making. • Coordinate handoffs between foremen and shifts to maintain safe, reliable operations. • Troubleshoot equipment and personnel issues, applying sound judgment and decision‑making. • Develop employee skill sets through training and mentorship. • Direct work to meet safety and productivity goals, ensuring compliance with work practices. • Promote customer awareness and concern in employee performance. • Recommend performance improvements to employees and management. • Participate in formal performance evaluations of assigned staff.

What You Bring

• Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology, Electronics, or related field, or high school diploma with 18 months of trade/technical training in Power Plant Technology. • Minimum 8 years of experience as a technician in power plant operations, maintenance, fuels, or instrumentation & controls; alternatively, a six‑month rotation or temporary Shift Foreman assignment. • Ability to meet minimum access requirements and pass required medical examinations.
