What You Bring
The new graduate program launching in 2026 provides hands‑on experience on impactful projects, mentorship from experienced consultants and access to a dedicated Early Career Professionals Network. Participants will design solutions, conduct site inspections, attend client meetings and leverage digital tools to deliver sustainable outcomes. The role is based in Raleigh, North Carolina and follows Mott MacDonald’s hybrid working policy, requiring reliable commuting to the office. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US, as the firm does not provide sponsorship. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field • Pass the EIT exam or be eligible to take it within 12 months • Communicate and present confidently to clients and colleagues
