The Field Brand Ambassador role focuses on in‑person outreach in retail locations and local events, introducing remodeling services and special offers through friendly conversation. Ambassadors generate interest and schedule free in‑home product demonstrations without a sales quota, representing one of the industry’s highest‑rated brands. Compensation includes a base hourly wage plus uncapped performance bonuses, with average first‑year earnings of $50‑70 k and top representatives earning $80 k or more.
