About the Role
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on diesel and non‑diesel equipment, including inspections, oil changes, fluid replenishment, tire changes, and basic electrical work. • Conduct visual inspections to identify equipment issues and troubleshoot malfunctions using appropriate tools. • Access health care and dependent care spending accounts. • Participate in the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EAP). • Participate in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).

What You Bring
With direct supervision from a Lead Technician, Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Manager, a Maintenance Technician C performs preventive maintenance on diesel and non‑diesel equipment and trucks. The role requires basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems to carry out routine inspections, oil changes, tire replacements, and simple electrical work. Technicians enjoy working on a single fleet equipped with state‑of‑the‑art machinery, supporting drivers on their routes and encountering a new challenge each day. • Complete required company training programs and other assigned job‑related duties. • Hold a certified diesel maintenance program completion (preferred) or Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification (preferred). • Possess a valid driver’s license (preferred).
