About the Role

The coordinator will drive business growth by analyzing market data, planning promotions, and executing activations, while tracking daily sales performance and visibility for the sales team. They will also ensure high‑quality CRM input, manage leads, and oversee the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing relationship management. Additional duties include forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets, maintaining regional market intelligence, handling bill submission and collection, and performing deduction analysis with credit‑note issuance. The role also requires conducting MBR/QBR meetings for key customers and monitoring competitor activities to provide actionable reports. • Drive business growth through market identification, promotion planning, and activations based on data analysis. • Track daily sales performance and maintain visibility for the sales team. • Analyze customer‑wise and cluster‑wise performance. • Acquire new business ensuring profitability to meet budgeted targets. • Maintain quality input and monitoring in CRM systems. • Manage leads and convert opportunities. • Identify growth opportunities and develop new customer relationships. • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals and create plans for short‑ and long‑term growth. • Map the market and maintain regional customer intelligence. • Create a positive onboarding experience and manage the entire customer lifecycle. • Ensure visibility for bill submission and collection. • Perform deduction analysis and issue credit notes. • Conduct MBR/QBRs for critical customers. • Monitor market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports.
