About the Role

The Commercial Sales Executive will promote and sell Johnson Controls Security services and technology within an assigned territory, acting as the brand steward and building relationships to drive new business and customer retention. Key duties include adhering to company policies, building market share, selling to new and existing commercial customers, renewing agreements, generating leads, managing call plans and territory efficiently, and conducting post‑installation follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction. • Promote and sell Johnson Controls Security products and services in assigned territory • Build new market share and retain existing customers by renewing agreements and upselling • Generate leads, create call plans, and manage time and territory efficiently • Conduct post‑installation follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction

What You Bring
