About the Role
The Quality Assurance Technician supports the development of quality systems, procedures, and controls to ensure products consistently meet performance specifications. Acting as a technical resource, the technician quickly and permanently resolves quality issues while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. • Review and interpret blueprints and customer test requirements. • Set up and operate various testing and measurement equipment, including real‑time X‑ray. • Prepare and issue customer test and inspection reports. • Perform receiving, first‑article, PPAP, and final product inspections. • Support multiple inspection projects and coordinate with production control. • Assist with equipment audits and development of new process controls. • Conduct independent inspections using inspection software and tools.

What You Bring
The role requires regular use of hands, standing, walking, and occasional lifting of 15‑20 pounds, with vision requirements that include close, distance, and color perception. The work environment has moderate noise levels, and reasonable accommodations are provided for individuals with disabilities. • High school diploma or GED required; technical associate degree preferred. • Experience with test/measurement equipment and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. • Familiarity with ISO‑9001 and/or AS‑9100 quality system requirements. • Ability to solder; soldering certification preferred. • Basic understanding of electrical concepts such as current and voltage. • Good eyesight, hand‑eye coordination, and reliable attendance record.
