What You Bring
• Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. • Maintain RCDD registration with relevant technical experience. • Broad experience across sectors such as healthcare, commercial, education, mission‑critical, sports, civic, and transportation. • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience. • Maintain a professional or engineering registration with related experience. • Experience developing and managing diverse teams. • Ability to work cooperatively with other business class leaders, operations managers, technical directors, and marketing managers. • Strong participation in HDR’s employee‑owned culture.
