About the Role
• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects. • Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips. • Verify that effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized. • Ensure best‑practice application on all projects. • Produce formal project status reports and other required documentation. • Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure approved design standards are applied correctly. • Manage supplier interfaces through monthly trackers and weekly reviews. • Facilitate project information flow via regular meetings and written communications. • Forecast and update key project milestones and budget. • Oversee local design teams in accordance with commission criteria. • Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders. • Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field. • Offer expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance as needed. • Independently review status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers. • Develop excellent client relationships to maximize new opportunities. • Advise project teams on strategic approaches to achieve client and business objectives. • Capture key information and learnings from each project for knowledge management. • Identify and implement improvements to internal systems and processes. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring
Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to support construction projects at a large‑renowned refinery. The role is on‑site in Norco, Louisiana and focuses on delivering excellent service to the client. • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or a related field. • Strong organizational and management skills with ability to work collaboratively. • Effective presentation and communication abilities. • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore and construction project management tools.

Benefits
The full‑time position offers a base salary range of $125,000‑140,000 per year, with final compensation reflecting the candidate’s experience and qualifications. Turner & Townsend promotes a healthy, productive and flexible working environment that respects work‑life balance.
