About the Role
As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will support all phases of utility construction for various telecom projects. You believe in doing the job right, being the best, and you’re up for the challenge. • Operate and maintain light construction equipment (backhoes, cable plows, trenchers, hydraulic reel trailers, etc.). • Troubleshoot field problems as they arise. • Interpret utility locates and above‑ground indicators to ensure crew safety and productivity. • Prioritize daily safety and uphold high‑quality work standards.

What You Bring
About you: safety is a part of your day‑to‑day, and you have a track record of completing work with high quality. Experience operating heavy equipment on a construction site is required, and relevant MOS codes include 12N, 12V, 21E, and 21J. • Demonstrate strong problem‑solving and hands‑on skills. • Experience operating heavy equipment on construction sites; applicable MOS codes 12N, 12V, 21E, 21J.
