About the Role

The Community Manager oversees all operations of an assigned housing community, reporting to the Regional Manager. Responsibilities include managing personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk, while ensuring compliance with Asset Living policies, safety standards and fair‑housing guidelines. • Recruit, train, coach, and manage on‑site staff; create daily schedules and address performance issues. • Develop and control annual operating budgets, monitor rent collections, vendor invoices, and ensure accurate financial close‑out. • Create yearly marketing plans, lead leasing activities, resolve resident complaints, and implement retention programs. • Oversee administrative and leasing reporting, lead emergency response, and ensure timely maintenance and property upkeep. • Physical duties include standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lb, climbing ladders, and responding to emergencies on evenings/weekends.

What You Bring

• Require high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred); 1‑4 years housing industry experience; CAM or ARM certification preferred. • Must understand Fair Housing Laws, OSHA requirements, and be proficient with on‑site software and basic computer skills. • Reliable transportation is required for on‑call emergency response.

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $95,000 annually and includes a comprehensive total rewards package featuring medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) matching, commissions, performance bonuses, paid sick days and holidays.
